Contact lenses are the medical devices and cannot be returned once worn.

 

We only accept returns in case we made a mistake. Please carefully review all your lenses and notify us of any problem within 7 days. Please do not open any lenses otherwise they will not be replaced. Packages showing any traces of tampering will not be replaced.

 

In a very rare case of damaged lens please notify us within 7 days. Damaged lenses could only be replaced with the same brand/parameters.
